Terms & policies
Last updated September 13, 2026. By buying from the Legendary FFA store you agree to these terms.
The short version: all sales are final, a missing purchase is fixed through a Discord ticket, and ranks can't be moved to another account unless yours was hacked and you can prove it.
What you're buying
Everything in the store is a digital item for the Legendary FFA Minecraft server (LegendaryFFA.net). It only exists on our server, has no cash value and can't be traded for real money.
Delivery
Your purchase is given automatically to the Minecraft name you enter, usually within a minute of paying if you're online, or as soon as you next join. Double-check your name before you pay: we can't take back items that were given to a misspelled or different account.
Didn't get your purchase?
Rejoin the server first. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, open a ticket in our Discord with your Minecraft name and your Stripe receipt (the email you got after paying). We'll sort it out.
No refunds
All sales are final - we don't do refunds or cashbacks. That includes buying by mistake, items you didn't use, changes to kits or perks, and bans for breaking the rules. If something went wrong with delivery, the ticket above is how it gets fixed.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please open a ticket instead of a chargeback. Opening a chargeback or a bank, card or PayPal dispute gets the account permanently banned from the server, and everything it bought is removed.
Rank transfers
We don't transfer ranks or items between accounts. The only exception is a hacked account: if you lost access to your account and can prove it's yours - for example with your original receipt and the email you paid with - staff can move your purchase to your new account. Open a ticket with the proof.
"Lifetime" and changes
Lifetime means for as long as Legendary FFA runs. To keep the game fair and fun we may change kits, weapons, perks and prices at any time; your rank stays yours when that happens.
Rules and bans
Buying something doesn't put you above the server rules. If you're banned for breaking them, you lose access to what you bought for as long as the ban lasts, and there's no refund.
Age
If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying, and the payment method must be theirs to use.
Payments and privacy
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- We keep your Minecraft name, what you bought and when, and the receipt email Stripe gives us - only to deliver your purchase and help with tickets.
- We don't sell or share your details with anyone.
